We are happy to provide our 30 Day No Hassle Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee. Our products can be returned for any reason, even if opened, for up to 30 days. A refund back to the original form of payment will be issued after the product is returned.

*We will only cover shipping on one return per order.
*Shipping Costs are non-refundable

Domestic Returns:
If you would like to return your order or item, please contact Customer Service by email.
What do we need? Please include the following information so Customer Service can email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label:

  • Order number
  • Items being returned (or just indicate the entire order)
  • Reason for the return
  • Preference of refund or in-store credit

International Returns:
Please contact Customer Service by email with the same information as above for further return instruction.

Wholesale/Professional Returns

  • Approval Required: 20% Restocking fee applies
  • Shipping for returns is on you. Shipping Costs are non-refundable
  • Notify us within 10 days of delivery for defects.
  • List your name, email address and order number in the return.
